09.51น. ผู้สื่อข่าวพลเมืองรายงานมีเหตุยิงกันที่สามเหลี่ยมดินแดงหลายครั้ง แกนนำที่อนุเสาวรีย์ขอให้มีรถพยาบาลเข้าไปรับ ล่าสุดมีรายงานจากเวทีว่ามีผู้เสียชีวิต 1 คนเป็นหญิงมีครรภ์ขอให้รถพยาบาลเข้าไป
 

9.50 น. ประวิตร โรจนพฤกษ์รายงาน จากการพูดคุยกับซีเนียร์เอ็นจีโอที่เพิ่งติดต่อนายจรัล ดิษฐาอภิชัย แกนนำนปช. ระบุ แกนนำทั้งหมดพร้อมมอบตัว แต่ประชาชนประมาณ 3,000 คนไม่ยอม ทั้งนี้ นายจรัลกล่าวด้วยว่า ทหารเคลื่อนเข้ามาใกล้เต็มทนแล้ว

09.51 Civilian reporter reported there were many shooting incidents at Samliam Dindang. UDD leaders at Victory Monument asked for ambulance cars. Last update reported that one pregnant women died.

09.50 Pravit Rojanapruk reported as discussion with a senior NGO person who had just contacted Jaral Distha-apichai, UDD leader, saying that all UDD leaders were ready to surrender ,however around 3,000 protesters didn't accept to surrender. Mr. Jaral also said that army troop was coming much closer as of now.

09.50 Spring News reporter confirmed from the ground that there was no one pouring gasoline in front of Klong Toey MRT. But there were tires being burned under high way. UDD leaders in Klong Toey asked protesters to moved back from the red zone as they might risk being shot, as there have been constantly sounds of gunfires.

Army officer reported that a chemistry bomb found in the area of Thai-Belgium Bridge and Lumbhini MRT.

At Saladaeng Intersection, Phychological Mission called all journalists to leave the area to alllow officers to dissolve protesters' barricade easily. Bombs are being defused.
