Intelligence reports reveal that red-shirts in many parts of the country are forming an underground movement, Special Branch chief Pol Lt-Gen Treethos Ronnaritwichai said on Thursday.
He said the reports had been gathered since the operation to break up the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship protest at Ratchaprasong on May 19. He refused to disclose any details
He had set up a task force of special branch police to follow the underground movement's activities throughout the country.

ส่วนแนวโน้มว่ากลุ่มแดงใต้ดินจะมีความรุนแรงหรือไม่นั้น ผบช.ส.กล่าวว่า คงต้องใช้เวลาวิเคราะห์ระยะหนึ่ง แต่ก็น่าเป็นห่วงว่าจะมีความรุนแรงเกิดขึ้น ซึ่งถ้าบอกแล้วสันติบาลก็ทำงานไม่ได้
