500 red shirt protestors, equipped with personal automobiles, motorbikes, and taxi cabs gathered around Din Daeng area attempted to break the military barricade

22:00 hours, May 14, Matichon Online reported a tense situation around the perimeter of Din Daeng and Rajapralop junction.  The red shirt protestors had burned the tires, turned off all of the CCTV, and destroyed the light fixtures in the area.  The scattered protestors as well as the taxi cab were then radioed by the UDD guards to be regrouped.
Latest news reported a completely paralyzed traffic around Din Daeng area through Vibhavadi Rangsit Road due to a mob of 100 taxi cabs along 500 red shirt protestors, with personal automobiles and motorbike.  These were the protestors with failed attempt to enter the main protesting area in Rajaprasong intersection.

Police officers and military troops were not found to be presented in the area as they had formed a defending barricade line along Century Hotel through Makkasan intersection.  It was anticipated that this line would finally be broken by the protestors.
